Yes. Rentals can be arranged with a certified on-site operator and 24/7 technical standby support. Unmanned hire is also available for clients with in-house qualified personnel.
Fuel is quoted separately from the base rental rate. Integrated fuel supply and management is available as an add-on, which is commonly used by project and event clients who prefer a fully managed solution.
Mobilisation timelines depend on unit availability and the client's location relative to the nearest Mikano branch. We advise clients to confirm bookings at least 48–72 hours in advance. Emergency deployments are handled on a best-effort basis.
Mikano's technical response team operates around the clock. In the event of a fault, a qualified engineer is dispatched promptly. Where an on-site repair is not feasible, a replacement unit is mobilised at no additional cost to the client.
